I really prefer that if you KNOW how to upload these images to your own site (photobucket, tinypic etc) that you do so because it saves my photobucket bandwidth. If you'd like to know how, here you go:

1) Register at http://photobucket.com
2) Right-click and SAVE-AS to your computer
3) Upload to photobucket
4) Copy the <img src> box
5) Paste that where you see <img src="blah blah blah" border=0> in the html you copy here
6) Ask for help if you really want it
7) Give up and just use the code below if you can't figure it out
